By submitting a location listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to submit information about the facility.

• You grant ERNearMeTX.org a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the submitted information.
• The submission does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or remove any submission at our sole discretion.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERNEARMETX.ORG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
